The role involves enhancing the independence of individuals by assisting with daily and personal activities, such as teaching them to navigate housekeeping and laundry. Work is performed under the supervision of the house manager, involving observation and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to create long-Term impacts on individuals' lives and enjoy mentoring and coaching others to achieve their goals. No prior experience is required as paid training is provided.
