Head Freshman Girls Volleyball Coach - Upper School

The coach will lead all aspects of the freshman girls volleyball team, including practices and matches, focusing on teaching fundamental skills and establishing team culture and expectations. This role involves creating a positive, structured environment to prepare athletes for jv and varsity levels.

The ideal candidate should be a strong, patient teacher passionate about creating a positive first high school athletic experience, focusing on fundamentals and clear communication. Playing experience at the high school or collegiate level is strongly preferred, though prior coaching experience is helpful but not required.
