Child Care Assistant Teacher: Tarleton State University Child Development Center

Assistant teachers must follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They are also responsible for developing skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must possess the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience, along with the energy and dependability required to work with children. A passion for working with children and the ability to engage in physical activity indoors or outdoors are essential.
