Job Coach II

The job coach ii provides individualized support to adults and students with disabilities in work and training environments, identifying strengths and offering tailored guidance for goal achievement and workplace accommodation facilitation. This role also requires strict adherence to funding agency regulations and maintaining accurate documentation of services and progress.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's degree and one year of experience working with developmental disabilities are preferred, as is prior job coaching or teaching experience. Candidates must possess a valid california driver's license, reliable transportation, current insurance, and current cpr/First aid certification, along with proficiency in microsoft office.
