Core responsibilities
Responsibilities include meeting with the classroom teacher to discuss daily activities, academics, and student concerns, and completing and submitting required paperwork, lesson plans, and instructional/Behavior data in a timely manner. The aide must use agency-Approved treatment techniques while supervising and educating students and act as a role model.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Applicants should ideally have one year of experience with special needs students and must be eligible for the instructional aide license through the state of wisconsin department of public instruction.
