Teacher aide

The instructional aide will support the classroom teacher in the daily operations of the pre-Kindergarten program by assisting with instructional support, classroom management, and overall student care in a nurturing environment. Key duties include preparing materials, providing individual and small-Group student assistance, supervising students during various activities, and maintaining classroom order.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with coursework in education or a related field preferred. Candidates should possess experience working with young children, strong communication skills, patience, flexibility, and the ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively.
