Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions as designed by supervising behavior analysts, focusing on increasing skills and decreasing problem behaviors. Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, documenting client records, and communicating progress to relevant parties.

Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
