Consistently implement the school’s Code of Conduct Train and educate staff, students, and families on behavior expectations and policies Maintain a visible and accessible presence throughout the school Analyze behavioral data to identify trends and implement action plans Identify students in need of behavioral support and develop targeted intervention plans Build positive relationships with students and families to foster a respectful and professional school culture Collaborate with counselors and teachers to develop and implement RTI (Response to Intervention) processes Work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, and parents while maintaining professionalism
