The clinical social worker will provide clinical services and programmatic support to children and families in the early childhood development and education center, focusing on improving access to multidisciplinary specialists and community resources. Responsibilities include completing needs assessments, providing psychosocial interventions, enhancing caregiver/Child relationships, and conducting classroom consultations on behavioral challenges.

Candidates must possess and maintain a licensed certified social worker-Clinical (Lcsw-C) license in maryland and current cpr certification. A master's degree from an accredited school of social work is required, along with a minimum of two years of clinical social work experience, including at least one year serving children and families impacted by social determinants of health.
