Child Led Play Associate-Bilingual

This role involves providing direct expressive play sessions to targeted elementary school students using standardized procedures to foster positive relationships and aid in student adjustment and success. Responsibilities include implementing play activities, coordinating schedules with teachers, maintaining progress notes, and adhering strictly to safety and abuse reporting policies.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, with an associate's degree preferred. Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining procedural integrity. Bilingual proficiency, especially spanish/English, is preferred, along with at least one year of experience working with young children and families, preferably in a school setting.
