Recruitment & Certification Specialist

The specialist is responsible for all aspects of recruiting and certifying treatment foster care parents, including providing necessary training and teaching. This role also involves building community relationships and understanding specific service philosophies while traveling extensively.

Candidates must successfully complete various background checks, including state police, fbi clearance, and child abuse clearance, along with mandated reporter training. A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance are also mandatory requirements for this position.
