Childwatch Childcare Assistant

The childwatch assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and fun program for child watch and kids club participants by ensuring the health, safety, and well-Being of children through close supervision. This role also involves maintaining appropriate staff-To-Child ratios, assisting with attendance records, and serving as a positive role model for youth and staff.

Candidates must possess good communication skills and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with experience working with children in a supervised setting being preferred. The role requires the ability to plan, lead, and participate in activities in various settings while adhering to safety and emergency procedures.
