Graduate Assistant Men's Basketball

The men’s basketball graduate assistant is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, scheduling, training, academic monitoring, promotions, fundraising, and coaching team members. Essential functions include assisting in coaching and management, overseeing staff, recruiting in compliance with regulations, and supporting athlete development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and be fully admitted to a master’s degree program at benedictine college, demonstrating a commitment to student-Athlete development and high personal integrity. Required qualifications include knowledge of naia rules, sport-Specific skills, strong communication abilities, and organizational competency, with a strong preference for competitive basketball experience.
