Registered Behavior Technician - Residential Based

As a behavior technician, you will work under the supervision of a bcba, implementing individualized behavior and treatment plans using aba and evidence-Based practices to foster independence and life skills in individuals. Responsibilities include supporting communication, social, and daily living skills, facilitating sessions, participating in community outings, and collecting data for team collaboration.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess a high school diploma/Ged along with two years of relevant behavioral health experience. A valid arizona driver’s license and the ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card are also mandatory requirements.
