BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment and behavior plans based on functional assessment data, administering assessments, and supervising the implementation of prescribed client protocols. The role also involves teaching direct service providers, facilitating caregiver outreach, and developing written reports documenting behavioral recommendations.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field such as psychology, education, or applied behavior analysis, along with board certification (Bcba) and either current licensure or pursuit of licensure as a behavior analyst. Experience working with children and young adults with autism is required, as is eligibility for or possession of an arizona fingerprint clearance card.
