Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 36 months of full-Time experience as an academic advisor in higher education. Candidates must possess effective oral and written communication skills, proficiency in microsoft office, and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse populations.
