ATSU - Behavioral Health & Wellness Counselor

The behavioral health & wellness counselor will provide essential services including individual therapy, crisis intervention, outreach, consultation, and prevention within a health sciences university setting to support student wellness. Key duties involve conducting intakes, developing treatment plans, delivering outreach programming, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent, and be independently licensed in missouri, with eligibility for arizona and california licenses. Required experience includes two to three years covering a full range of mental health issues, experience presenting to groups, and demonstrated ability to provide crisis services and manage a clinical caseload.
