The behavior technician will work one-On-One with children diagnosed with autism to implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs as directed by a board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include collecting, recording, and documenting data on client behavior and communicating progress to parents and team members.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and will be implementing aba programs under supervision for pediatric patients with autism. Students pursuing rbt certification or a master's in aba are encouraged to apply.
