Employment Training Specilaist

The employment specialist assesses skills, develops individualized plans, and assists individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment by addressing barriers and providing job searching support. Responsibilities also include providing on-The-Job coaching, supporting employers with accommodations, and advocating for workforce inclusion.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a valid driver's license and their own vehicle. The role requires providing support and guidance to individuals pursuing employment across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
