Toddler Lead Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes and planning, presenting, and evaluating educational and recreational activities. They work directly with children and parents to provide quality customer service.

Candidates should have an associate or bachelor of arts in early childhood education or a related field, with a child development associate (Cda) preferred. Previous experience of 1-2 years is also preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively and manage stressful situations.
