Fitness Instructor

Fitness coaches are responsible for leading and motivating members through pre-Defined, science-Backed workouts while ensuring correct form and demonstrating proper equipment usage. This includes understanding the science behind heart-Rate focused training programs.

Candidates must possess a national fitness certification (Nasm, ace, issa, or ncca accredited equivalent) or be able to obtain one; no specific degree is required. The ideal applicant must be capable of genuinely connecting with and motivating others.
