Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma along with either a washington state ece certificate (47 credits) or a child development associate (Cda) credential obtained before 2005. Required experience includes two years in an early learning setting working with children aged birth to five who have experienced abuse or neglect, plus two years identifying and reporting child abuse.
