School Based Mental Health Provider

The provider will deliver mental health services including psychotherapy, assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, outreach, and case management utilizing evidenced-Based practices within a school-Based setting. This role involves functioning as a team member with interdisciplinary staff and collaborating with community agencies to ensure coordinated care for patients.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or psychology, along with a new york state license as an lcsw, lmsw, lmhc, or licensed psychologist. Required experience includes clinical work with children/Adolescents and at least one year as a school-Based social worker.
