After Care Educational - Vocational Intern

The intern assists the aftercare educational & vocational specialist in preparing youth for workforce and educational opportunities through workshops and individualized planning. They also support communication with community partners and maintain records of youth progress under supervision.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant college program such as human services, social work, or education. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, along with an interest in working with youth in child welfare or juvenile justice settings.
