Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - In Home

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst, utilizing aba techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction in adults with autism. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, communicating with team members and families, and maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and must complete the 40-Hour rbt training program and pass the competency assessment to obtain rbt certification. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are also required.
