Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Clinic for Adults with Autism

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst using aba techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction in adults with autism. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data on client progress and maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and team members.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must complete the 40-Hour rbt training program, pass the competency assessment, and obtain rbt certification within a designated timeframe. Applicants must also have reliable transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and excellent communication skills.
