Summer Fun Group Leader

The group leader is responsible for supervising, guiding, and providing programming for children in eec licensed school-Age programs while also instructing and supporting assistant group leaders. Key duties include creating engaging activities that promote academic success, good character, citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged and six months of experience working with children. Candidates must obtain mandatory cpr and first aid certification within six months of hire and possess skills in youth development, behavior management, and program planning.
