Hospital Educator Clinical

The hospital educator will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating in-Service education programs for all hospital staff, while also serving as a liaison for local schools regarding student clinical rotations. Key duties include managing certification compliance (Bls/Acls), coordinating training for new hires and competencies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards like joint commission requirements.

Candidates must possess an active clinical license and appropriate education to maintain licensure, with previous educator experience being preferred. Essential soft skills include excellent communication, strong organization, critical thinking, and the flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
