This role also involves managing the classroom environment to ensure compliance with regulations and maintaining positive communication with parents regarding their child's experiences.

Candidates must meet the state agency requirements to be a lead teacher, possessing comprehensive knowledge of child behavioral and developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements. Essential abilities include strong classroom management, organizational, communication, and problem-Solving skills, along with patience and flexibility.
