Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments and collecting unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the clinical team and implementing therapy plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba).

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and have consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home services. New behavior technicians (Bts) must be able to attend 40-Hour rbt training and pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire.
