Home of Hope is looking for caring, dependable people to support adults with disabilities in living more independent and meaningful lives. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY — WE PROVIDE TRAINING! PAY & POSITION Starting at $11.00+ per hour, based on experience Full-Time & Part-Time and Floater opportunities Paid training Multiple shifts may be available WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist with daily living skills and personal care Support meals, household activities, and routines Provide transportation to appointments and activities Encourage independence and personal choice Support community involvement and social skills Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment WHAT YOU'LL NEED Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Dependable transportation and a Valid Drivers License Ability to meet required physical requirements Ability to complete required training PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Successful completion of required background screening and drug testing is required.
