Teacher/Tutor PRN-Behavioral Health Services

This prn/As needed role provides tutoring services to adolescent patients within the partial hospital program (Php) and is responsible for coordinating all educational needs between behavioral health services and the patient's school. The teacher/Tutor must reflect the mission, vision, and values of northwestern medicine and adhere to all relevant standards and compliance programs.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in education/Teaching and current illinois teaching certification with a type 09 certification for secondary (Grades 6-12) learning behavior specialist endorsement. Preferred qualifications include 2-5 years of classroom management experience and a master's degree.
