Registered behavior technician

The registered behavior technician implements specific behavior support strategies outlined in the behavior support plan, including data collection, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to staff on implementation. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must have completed 40 hours of rbt qualified training along with successfully passing an initial rbt competency assessment. The role requires the ability to read, understand, and follow safety guidelines.
