School Counselor

The counselor provides daily group counseling focused on skill enhancement and emotional health, alongside offering supportive care and guidance to help students achieve success. Responsibilities also include writing monthly reports and facilitating teacher understanding of emotional issues affecting classroom performance.

A bachelor's degree in school or professional counseling with certification is required, though a master's degree in the same field is preferred. Preferred qualifications include clinical supervision/Training in various therapies and two years of experience in a special education or behavioral school setting.
