(Hybrid) CARE Team Case Manager - Campus & Community Life

The case manager is responsible for addressing the needs of distressed students through interventions, referrals, and follow-Up services, which includes managing incoming referrals, conducting initial triage, and providing comprehensive case management for students in crisis. Additional duties involve community outreach, education, data collection, assessment, and supporting care team meetings.

A bachelor's degree is required in social work, counseling, higher education, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and managing complex student situations. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, and knowledge of relevant higher education regulations is necessary.
