(Hybrid) CARE Team Case Manager - Campus & Community Life

The case manager is responsible for addressing the needs of distressed students through interventions, referrals, and follow-Up services, which includes managing incoming referrals, conducting comprehensive case management, and assisting in crisis management.

A bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, higher education, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and managing complex student situations.
