Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional will foster a sense of pride in individuals by teaching them to navigate daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry. Responsibilities include enhancing independence by assisting with daily and personal activities under the supervision of the house manager.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license, with a strong desire to help others reach their fullest potential. Experience in a home health aide or school setting working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
