Day Camp Inclusion Specialist

This role involves collaborating with camp leadership and counselors to provide specialized support to campers requiring assistance, while ensuring the overall safety of all participants throughout the seasonal summer camp program. Key duties include developing and implementing individualized support plans, facilitating pre-Camp training, maintaining open communication with staff and parents, and enforcing all required safety and operational regulations.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of formal childcare experience, including specific experience working with children with disabilities and preferably experience writing behavior support plans. A requirement is college coursework in special education, education, or a related field, and applicants must be at least 18 years old to plan and lead camp activities.
