Youth program leaders are responsible for the 24-Hour supervision and safety of minors participating in the business opportunities summer session (Boss) program, managing all aspects of daily program administration including compliance and emergency response. They will also assist with developing instructional content, delivering lessons, and monitoring participant safety, behavior, and health at all times.
