Residential Youth Program Leader – Business Opportunities Summer Session (BOSS)

Youth program leaders are responsible for the 24-Hour supervision and safety of minors participating in the business opportunities summer session (Boss) program, managing all aspects of daily program administration including compliance and emergency response. They will also assist with developing instructional content, delivering lessons, and monitoring participant safety, behavior, and health at all times.

Applicants must be able to provide mandatory background clearances, including pa state police criminal background check, pa child abuse history clearance form, and fbi fingerprint criminal background check. Responsibilities require acting quickly and calmly using sound judgment to handle sensitive issues, address behavior, and follow notification protocols at any time.
