Trainer

The primary responsibility is providing hands-On training for the nextgen ehr application to physicians and clinical staff, while also developing relevant user guides and optimizing clinical workflows. This role also involves providing end-User troubleshooting and participating in system upgrades and testing.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and have two years of clinical care experience, along with proficiency in ehr systems and an understanding of clinical language. Essential abilities include clearly explaining computer applications and effectively interacting with users of all technical levels.
