Core responsibilities
The certified preschool teacher will oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms while mentoring teachers and assistant teachers according to naeyc guidelines. Responsibilities also include creating developmentally appropriate curriculum and partnering with families to ensure the best care and education for the children.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education/Related field, a child development associate (Cda) credential, or an eec state of ma teacher certification. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility, along with strong customer service and organizational skills.
