Core responsibilities
The administrator manages the daily operations of student programs, developing and coordinating academic workshops, coaching, and advising sessions to ensure students maintain satisfactory academic standing and complete their undergraduate degrees. This role also involves overseeing the peer coaching/Mentoring program and collaborating with campus departments to support student support services participants.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree and three to four years of professional experience in counseling, coaching, or advising students are required, specifically including experience within a trio or academic support program for first-Generation and/Or low-Income students. Candidates must demonstrate experience supporting academic success services, coordinating student engagement activities, and managing/Analyzing data.
