Student Support Services (SSS) Academic Coordinator, Hartford Campus

The academic coordinator will coordinate student support and engagement programming, including advising, coaching, and academic interventions, to enhance college transition, retention, and graduation rates for target student populations. This role involves developing and delivering workshops, managing peer mentoring programs, monitoring academic progress, and collaborating with campus departments to ensure quality support services.

A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree plus three to four years of professional experience in counseling, coaching, or advising students, specifically within a trio or academic support program for first-Generation and/Or low-Income students. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and three or more years of experience in higher education.
