Medical Assistant Instructor (PT)

The instructor will be responsible for teaching didactic courses and laboratory skills to medical assistant students, providing instruction and supervision of skills practice in the college laboratory setting. This role also involves contributing to ongoing curriculum revisions and assisting with oversight during clinical rotations.

Candidates must be a registered nurse with an aas degree, or a medical assistant with national certification and a minimum of two years of experience; an associate's degree is preferred for the latter. College-Level teaching experience, especially at a community college, and experience with diverse populations are preferred qualifications.
