Residential Youth Program Leader – STATE Musical Theatre Summer Program

Youth program leaders are responsible for the 24-Hour supervision and safety of minors participating in the state musical theatre summer program, managing daily administration including compliance, emergency response, and health information oversight. They may also assist with developing and delivering instructional content while monitoring participant safety at all times.

Applicants must be able to handle situations requiring quick, calm judgment day or night, manage sensitive information, address behavior issues, and immediately follow notification protocols. This position requires mandatory background checks including pa state police criminal background check, pa child abuse history clearance form, and fbi fingerprint criminal background check.
