Instructor, Pilates Reformer

The instructor will lead engaging and inclusive pilates reformer classes, providing both group instruction and private sessions while ensuring a welcoming environment for all participants. Essential functions include arriving early/Staying late for setup and cleanup, maintaining facility safety, and adhering to all ymca policies and procedures.

Candidates must obtain ymca healthy lifestyle principles certification within 90 days of hire and possess a national pilates reformer certification with a minimum of 40 hours, along with current cpr/Aed and first aid certifications. The role requires physical capability including standing, walking, gripping, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
