Camp Counselor - Program Lead

The program lead supports the delivery of the out-Of-School time (Ost) program by assisting in planning and implementing daily activities while managing participant behavior and ensuring safety under the site director's guidance. This role requires exhibiting core ymca values while delivering world-Class customer service to create a welcoming environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess 460 hours of varied work experience with children aged 5 to 12, preferably in a youth-Centered educational setting. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and cpr/First aid certifications must be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
