Swim Coach

The swim team coach manages and facilitates daily practices and oversees occasional swim meets under the direction of the aquatics director. Responsibilities include developing a team philosophy of excellence and helping swimmers improve their skills to meet personal goals.

Candidates must be at least 17 years old and successfully pass a florida criminal history background check, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required certifications include cpr/First aid/Aed, lifeguard certification, and registration with florida swimming, along with asca level 1 or higher.
