Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, utilizing play-Based aba therapy to teach essential communication, social, and everyday life skills. Responsibilities also include diligently tracking progress and collecting session data using a mobile device, while partnering closely with families and the clinical support team.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with availability during weekday afternoons or evenings (3 pm to 8 pm, minimum 3 days per week) and access to a reliable car, valid license, and insurance. Comfort using technology for data collection is necessary, and prior experience in caregiving or working with special needs children is preferred.
