Core responsibilities
Residents are responsible for providing pharmacy services, including monitoring patient medication regimens and offering appropriate interventions, while working collaboratively with the healthcare team. They will actively participate in rotation activities, attend multidisciplinary meetings and bedside rounds, and complete a residency project in the form of a written manuscript.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be graduates of an acpe-Accredited school of pharmacy with a bachelor of science in pharmacy or a pharmacy doctorate. Licensure in the state of arizona, including having started the licensing process before the start date, and current bls certification through the american heart association or american red cross are required.
